SHIPPING POLICY

Avaja uses Royal Mail to Ship out our customer orders. For orders over £50 within the UK they will be shipped at no extra charge to the price on the Website as a Second Class Signed for service. - Normally 3 to 7 Business Day Service. Royal Mail acknowledge that during the Covi-19 period service is longer than normal service

At the point of checkout there are two alternative options which can be selected

- UK signed for 1st Class £10 extra Upto 2Kg (Insurance not included)

or

- Guarenteed by 1.00PM next day service at a cost of £15 (for orders received by 1.00PM the previous day and includes insurance upto £1000) Upto 2Kg (Insurance not included)

For weights over 2Kg please contact Avaja at info@avaja.co.uk for a price quote

Orders with a value of less than £50 will be charged £5 for a Second Class Signed for service upto 2Kg 

Note. When purchasing a bowl (with a Cushion and a Puja stick) only the Bowl weight is included in the Postage. When purchased separately Cushion, Puja stick or mallet are added to the overall weight for Postage)

As the UK is no longer part of the EU shipments to the EU and other non UK destinations may incur local Taxes, VAT and or DutyCharges which are not included in the cost shown on the Website and for which the Purchaser is liable 

Return & Exchange Policy

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; (ii) We will pay for shipment of  replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us. (iii) the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.

If you are shipping an item back you should consider using a signedfor/tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarentee that we will receive your returned item and cannot Refund it until we have received it.
